BTL work with their clients to achieve the maximum life possible from the bearings they purchase. To achieve this, BTL facilitates training courses which encompass relevant subjects, such as best practice handling and correct lubrication methods. These two topics alone account for a very high proportion of premature bearing failures. BTL also supply mounting and maintenance tools to ensure that bearing life is not compromised during the fitting task.

For specific applications which can be found in such industries as the food, pharmaceutical and chemical processing, BTL are able to recommend and supply bearings which are manufactured with exotic steels, coatings or thermoplastics, which resist corrosion or acidic attack in application.

For large bearings, BTL may be able to offer a remanufacturing service which may save customers time and money for extended service, life rather than buying new.
