In 1998 the Independent Authorised Distributor Alliance (IADA) was formed.

This body of like-minded independent industrial engineering product distributors has now grown to a total of 66 branches across the UK. This enables IADA to offer nationwide coverage and compete for National accounts. Further to this, our purchasing power is consolidated which is beneficial both to IADA members and to our customers.

IADA currently consists of 17 independent distributors who have the desire to remain “independent”. With a combined total of 66 locations represented throughout the UK reaching from Plymouth in the South, to Inverness in the North. Sales by the alliance amounts to approximately £55m annually.
